You can permanently delete your Streat Eats account and all associated personal data at any time, using either of the two methods below.
1. Delete Inside the App
The fastest way to delete your account:
Step 1 Open the Streat Eats app
Step 2 Go to Profile
Step 3 Tap Delete My Account and confirm
Your account and data are deleted immediately once confirmed.
2. Request Deletion Without the App
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by email:
Step 1 Send an email to connectstreateats.app@gmail.com
Step 2 Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Step 3 Include your registered phone number for verification
We will verify your request and permanently delete your account within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's done.
3. What Gets Deleted
- Your profile information (name, phone number)
- Saved delivery addresses
- Order history
- Device push notification tokens
- Creator / referral program data linked to your account (if applicable)
4. What We May Retain
We may retain anonymized transaction records (without your name or contact details) for a limited period as required for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.
